Information you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, optional phone number, role, requested service, property state, message, and agreement to be contacted. Please do not submit policy documents, payment details, dates of birth, medical information, or other sensitive records through this form.
How the information is used
CP4 Group uses inquiry information to consider the requested assignment, respond to you, and maintain a record of that conversation. It is not used to enroll you in a marketing list. The form does not create an appraisal appointment or professional engagement.
Storage and service providers
The website is hosted on Vercel. Inquiries are emailed to jr@cp4claims.com through Resend and saved in private storage as a backup, accessible through a password-protected inbox. Resend processes the inquiry content to deliver the notification email. Vercel processes website requests and storage on behalf of the site. Hosting systems may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs for operation and security.
Cookies and analytics
The public site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The private staff inbox uses an essential, time-limited session cookie after sign-in. The contact service uses a signed form token and limited technical information to help prevent abuse.
Keeping and removing information
Inquiry information is kept as needed to handle the conversation, business records, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form and mention your reference if you have one. Do not include additional sensitive information in that request.
Your choices
You can choose not to submit an inquiry. Only provide an optional phone number if you want CP4 to have it. You may ask CP4 not to contact you again by using the contact form.
External links
Linked sites, such as state insurance resources, operate under their own privacy policies. CP4 does not control those sites.
